JOSEP VECIANA

Josep María Veciana, born in the city of Barcelona, ​​Spain, on August 27, 1952.

Adventure sports have always been one of his greatest passions. Among his many experiences is crossing North Africa by bicycle. He has also been deeply attracted to aerial sports, participating in exhibitions and air festivals throughout the years. Some of the disciplines he has regularly practiced include skydiving, hang gliding, glider flying, ultralight aviation, and airplane piloting, several of which he continues to practice today while maintaining all the required licenses.

Art has likewise played an important role throughout his life. During his middle years, he began exploring ceramics and later devoted twelve years professionally to silk-screen printing. Artistic expression has remained a constant presence in his journey.

Thirty-five years ago, he moved to Miami, where he currently resides. Living there awakened his passion for painting, to which he has dedicated himself for the past twenty years.

His works can be found primarily in Europe and the United States.
